We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
- Local device data: stored until you clear your browser/app data
- Leaderboard entries: retained indefinitely unless you request removal
- Purchase records: retained as required by law (typically 7 years)
- IP / rate-limit data: purged within 24 hours
7. Children's Privacy
This game is intended for ages 10+ and contains mild cartoon/fantasy action. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including CSRF token validation, server-side rate limiting, input sanitization, and score validation to protect against abuse. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third parties — we never store card details.
9. Your Rights

- Request deletion of your leaderboard entries
- Opt out of leaderboard participation (simply don't enter a player name)
- Clear all local data by clearing your browser/app storage
